Hello from France, members of the ShaveNook.com
I'm Frédéric, from La Varenne (a pleasant suburb of Paris, France).
I'm 47 YO
Former follower of the beard of 3 days i'm now coming back to wet shaving (since a few months) but...in a different way than before. It occured to me that i could change a necessary daily routine in an hedonist, hardly meditative, ritual !
And as a photography enthusiast, i cheer the tremendous quality of your pics, gentlemen !

My english is...well...french (think of Maurice Chevalier american career...) but i'll try not to write...just to send pictures ;-)

Just a few last words about my pseudo...Inspired by beloved Steely dan's song "Charlie Freak" in Royal Scam album (Don Fagen beating Maurice Chevalier in songwritting...to my opinion...

Regards :-)

Frédéric

'English' in it's countless patois is the result of a Norman from France killing a Saxon in 1066 and the two languages merging with a steady pollution of words from around the world. Those who adher to Kipling's 'white man's burden' think it superior  while trying to explain why their Landrover was impaled by a rhino to a Zulu game warden. bienvenu, je parle en peu, commen taly voux?

Alright Kav, english language is not necessarily superior to mine but you must admit that english sense of humour certainly is :-)))

Perhaps? But ( in translation) Antoine de Saint-Exupery wrote " It is only with the heart that one can see clearly. What is important is invisible to the eye".
