I have not found any slant razors that are better than these. I have tried several including the Ikon B1 Slant, the Razorock Slant and the Merkur Slant. Until Wolfman releases a slant, ATT has the best I have seen or tried!!

personally i prefer the originsl ikon slant slightly to the s1 and s2 but not by much. though the build quality of the att is far superior to the ikon imo being machined vs sintered

I'm loving the S1 with only a few shaves. Want to try S2 plate in the future.

The S1 is my restitutor orbis. When all new toys fail this is the one I go to, to restore order.

I have been trying to get a hold of a S1 for a while now. I do not enjoy the S2 that I have. No one seems to want to trade my S2 for their S1. Anyone try both and can compare?

depends on the person. i personally prefer the s2 a bit over the s1. but i do like both. i find the s2 is a tiny bit more aggressive and does mow through coarser hair a bit easier. they are both great and actually are pretty close for me shave wise.

I tried the Ikon but the ATT slants really hit the sweet spot for me...especially with a feather blade...

I preferred the S2 to the S1 as it was ever so slightly more efficient. Although the ATT slants would have to be the best modern slants I've tried, I parted with both.

The iKon Shavecraft 102 was good, but too mild for me. The iKon B1 was not good for me as the apex of the top cap was too high (like the NOS German Bakelite it was modelled after).

The only slants I've kept (so far) are the Merkur 37C and 37G...
