I don't know if this is the right place to put this but I need some suggestions on what I need to do about my razors missing. I shipped off 3 razors to be honed around 300$ worth of razors now there lost and the post office keeps telling me they should be coming back to my address.

Have you tried calling?  Also try finding the number for thr local office (should be on google) and calling that one?

NEVER, EVER back off with the USPS. I had a package left on my door, contents stolen. I went down and complained. the carrier admitted leaving it. The shift supervisor played games for 3 weeks until I called the postal inspector and secured compensation. What those two 'got' I never found out.

Did you insured them for the full amount?  Also, kav is right, you need to contact the Postmaster for your area.  I have done this before, but I really hope you insured them for the full value, otherwise, you will be climbing Meru.

Good luck!

I once had a 300 dollar check miss delivered and cashed it took a police report and postal inspector report to get the party to write another check.

Start with the local post office.  If undelivered it should still be there.

If it isn't there - start the claim process.  As Kav said - don't back down.  Sometimes its a simple error - other times not so muich.

If no action - contact the postal inspectors.

Who did you speak to that told you it was coming back to your address?  From the tracking info you posted, it's going back to the sender, not to you.  The phone number for your local post office (zip code 33325)  is 954-473-6130.  If you call and ask to speak to the manager they might not be able to help but they might be able to advise you.  But if your package is back in the system, and is being returned to the sender, there's not much you can do except be patient because it takes longer on the return than it did to get to you originally.  Customer service for the USPS is 800-275-8777; if the package is lost you can open a case and they will actively look for it.

I won one case with the USPS regarding a stolen package that they said had been delivered, but it took months and many emails.  Don't give up.   I hope you had it insured for full value.  Keep all of the documentation, because it might take a while.

No my zip code is 27207. The woman at the post office said it would be sent to my house.

Better hope that the return address on the package was better than the one furnished to the USPS for Fort Lauderdale.  Hope it turns out ok

when that happened to me last time, it took an extra few days and was delivered to the correct address.  Not saying it will in this case 100%, but hopefully that's what will happen.
Sometimes they say "undeliverable as addressed" even if it goes to wrong post office (wrong zip code due to sorting error).

I feel your pain and hope you get this resolved. At least you have some tracking available. I've still not had my Shavemac delivered to the factory after a month of waiting, and will give it until mid-week before wrestling with the post office to try and find it. I hope at least it's stuck in German Customs and out of USPS hands.
