I have another shave cream to review or give my take on.  I am not sure if anyone is really interested or not, if not let me know and I won't post anymore about them.

I have smelled the Eucris fragrance before and really liked it so I decided to give it a try.  I went a head and got the cream instead of the soap.

Scent - I loved the scent on this.  Really a very nice scent while shaving.

Lather - As with a lot of the creams a little dab will do you in the center of your brush.  I got a very nice rich thick cushiony lather

Slickness - This is where I was a little disappointed.  I have had worse but also have had much better in lesser priced soaps and creams.

Closeness of shave - I got a very close shave with it

Post Shave - My face feels BBS no burning or anything like with some soaps or creams.  Face feels good and feels like it had good moisturizing properties in it

Overall - This is a soap I will definitely keep in my top ten rotation

I was looking at purchasing this.   You've made up my mind.       Great review.

Love the scent, I own the cream in the tube.

Great stuff.

Not the best cream I own, but definitely good quality

Trumper does put out some excellent creams. I also enjoy how (particularly) cleanly they rinse from skin and gear.
I've tried all of their offerings, but am partial to Almond, GFT, and Eucris, personally.
And Eucris, is probably my favorite "barbershop" scent ("Victorian," rather than modern fougere).

GFT by GFT is probably the most underrated cream in shaving. Surprised you didn't mention GFT coconut which is probably one of my favs but I'm allergic to it, sadly.

Interesting you should say that, my skin doesn't agree with their Coconut either; no obvious visible reaction, but a smidge of irritation/tingling. (I find their Almond, particularly gentle, OTOH.)

Nice review.

I had the soap. Loved the scent just couldn't get a decent lather from it.

I've only tried the sandalwood by GFT, the smell is quite intoxicating as you describe with their other line. Slickness is its only downfall, nice performance otherwise. Scent profile is unlike any other sandalwood I have tried, very unique. Had to run to the bathroom for a scent after reading this

Thumbup

Have a sample I'm going to try tomorrow.

Looking forward to it now even more. Smells good, hope I like it too. So many choices, so little time.

The scent is very masculine; it's appropriate to be the "James Bond" fragrance. It isn't my favorite but I can definitely appreciate it. And the cream performs nicely. I haven't used it in a while, thanks for bringing it to my attention again!
