I recently added these three brushes to my Rudy Vey collection.  As always, Rudy's work and communication are excellent.  All three of these have Shavemac Silvertip 2-band knots.  The largest is 28 mm and the smallest 25mm.  I have used each and continue to be impressed with Rudy's work and the Shavemac knots.  I would love to see what some other people have from Rudy Vey, so post some pics in this thread.

Beautiful Rudymacs!  I own many Rudymacs, but these two are my latest ones.  Rudy is a good friend and a great brush maker.

Lapiz and Moonjava.

Very nice!  Are the knots D01 or Silvertip 2-band?

How's the knot on the wsp? The tips look ridiculously curly

I believe the WSP Superfine has changed. This knot seems a little less dense than another WSP Superfine I had. It also has less backbone than before but it has softer tips.

Overall it is a nice knot with soft tips and no scritch. Backbone is in between a TGN Finest and a 3 Band.

It's still early to review since it is definitely loosening up. It's changed in the few shaves (5 maybe) I've used it. Take this preliminary review with this in mind. But the tips are soft. I doubt that's gonna change.

Those look great.   I really like the Omega boar brushes but the handles didn't wow me.   Putting the Omega knot in a RV handle is an excellent idea.

How do you like the fan-style 2-band compared with the bulb-style?  I have always preferred bulb but the fan looks good and I might need to give it a try.

I have always enjoyed fan knots for bowl lathering, but I also like bulbs. The Shavemacs are very nice knots no matter which one.

It is a good feeling soft knot with great backbone.

Wow! Those are really beautiful tools. What really impresses with Rudy's work, and with other fine artisan makers for that matter (albeit, in the pics I've seen), is the mirror like finish. Your brushes are quite beautiful, gents. Enjoy your shaves Sisi
