I have gone through 3 weber PHs and two of them had wavy blade issues and 1 did not. The one that didn't have wavy blade, I dropped it the other day and broke the head screw, so I am looking for one that doesn't have wavy blade. I could definitely tell that wavy blade ones were rough to shave with and I get weepers more easily.

let me know!

This does not really work, it does a touch but ultimately for me, mine was still a harsh shave on the one side with a wavy blade. I followed the directions, and finished on a finishing stone, I did it very meticulously over hours. But hey maybe it will work for somebody else

didn't think it was salvageable, so tossed it away and just kept the handle.

Bummer, I wonder if a skilled welder could have salvaged it. A non wavy weber on both sides would be incredible

I didn't want to do anything stupid lol
I am the kind of a guy who drilled a hole into a water pipe trying to mount a shelf and flooded the entire floor....

Weber PH's are great shavers, wish it didn't have wavy blade issues.
