In addition to Planète-Rasoir, a wide assortment of razors, shaving creams, shaving brushes, and other gear can be found at the men’s store of BHV (38, rue de la Verrerie, Métro: Hôtel de Ville). This store is 0.3-0.4 mile from The Centre Pompidou. Have fun!

Greetings, a had chance to try Monsavon Bol a  Raser  two years ago. It is Very cheap soap 3 or 4€ and is average performer.
The scent is hit or miss and for me does not work .

A little heads up, it loves water  Biggrin   I always pick up a couple when I go to Paris.  They are cheap and good for travel.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. It's a decent soap but nothing spectacular. Certainly worth the couple of bucks to try it out if your in the neighborhood. The one I had a couple years ago was made by Sara Lee and now I think its made by Unilever, not sure if anything changed in that takeover.
