What I enjoy out of wet shaving is marvelling at the build and shave quality of "beat up" old gillette vs their modern contemporary gillette cartridge with multiple blades and an aloe strip to increase lubrication.

They just don't build it like they use to anymore.

Oh cool.

What I enjoy most about wet shaving is the quite time I have to clear my mind and focus on one thing. The brief respite from the fast track day. My chance to relax, treat myself, and prepare for the day with a clear head and a smooth face.

I'm in.

Wet shaving has force me to slow down and focus. For much of my life, I lived in the past in regrets and in the future in fear. I never actively lived in the present. As I have matured and found that living in the present us so much better, I found that starting my day with my wet shaving ritual is a fantastic way to keep me focused on the present.

I know, it sounds deep. Truth be told, that start to my day sets me in the right course.

What I enjoy most about wet shaving is the fact, that I can remove hair from my face and actually look forward to it  Biggrin

Own Citrus v1, and would love to test Citrus v2.

I'm buying 5 CRSW Select soaps next week, and Citrus is not among the 5, because I wanted different scents in my v2 compared to the v1's I already own.
But it would great fun to test Citrus v1 up against Citrus v2  Thumbup

I'm in.  I think what I enjoy most is that I somehow got bitten by this bug and found a bunch of fellow loonies like me, and that we can buy and use wonderfully made things from people we know by name.  In today's world of huge corporations and mass media, that is the true luxury.

I'm in!  I love the process of making the lather every morning. The whole process really but creating the lather rather than pressing a button on a can was what got me hooked.

What I enjoy most is using razor's my grandfather and great grandfather used. I never got the chance to meet them but it makes me feel I have a way to bond with them.
I also enjoy the meditation aspect. For a brief moment each day all cares and worries disappear and I'm perfectly at peace!

Wet shaving requires a degree of skill and patience.  Its a reminder of traditions in a time when the world seems obsessed with speed and poor quality.  In a sense, it is a rebuke to the post-modern whirlwind that envelopes us all once we walk out the front door.

Congratulations Larry for three remarkable years of buisness.

I'm in!  What I enjoy most so far about wet shaving is that it has turned what used to be a painful (literally) chore into a hobby I really enjoy and look forward to every day.  I would love to try the Citrus scent of your Cold River Soap Works soap and balm as I have heard nothing but great things about them both.  My grandpa first told me about shaving with a DE safety razor and now every time I go to shave I will remember him.  My birthday is on June 3rd so this would make an awesome early bday gift Smile  Thanks!

What I enjoy the most about wet shaving is that after the shave my face feels smooth and youthful.

It doesn't feel that smooth with an electric shaver.

Shave with a Double Edge razor. Then you will LOOK SHARP AND FEEL SHARP!

Wet shaving rules them all in smoothness and low cost per shave.
