I got lucky a couple of weeks ago and purchased on of each - I most certainly will be selling one soon - cannot decide which one to keep but, I am leaning towards the Classic.

That's interesting....I managed to pick up the King Cobra and Alumigoose last week and now that I acquired the Cobra Classic this evening, I'll be selling the Alumigoose.....decisions, decisions, decisions Smile

I am definitely keeping the Mongoose but, have not tried that Alumigoose but, I tend to favor heavy razors (Triad bronze handles yes!)

I really liked the Mongoose, however I also preordered the ATT SE and there are just so many razors one face can enjoy or so my lovely wife keeps telling me Smile

Interestingly, it doesn't appear that they have the Cobea Classic listed any longer. Must be officially done...

I don't think that's true.  When it's not in stock, it usually doesn't show up on their site (same with the King Cobra).  I did a Google search which returned the direct product pages on the CS site, and I signed up there.  I've been notified several times, when they're in stock, over the last few months.  I bought the King Cobra months ago and a Cobra Classic quite recently (2 or 3 weeks ago?).

Here's the Cobra Classic page, on which you can sign-up for notification:
http://www.classicshaving.com/the-cobra-classic.html

Similarly, here's the King Cobra page:
http://www.classicshaving.com/king-cobra...c-pkg.html

Anyway, what's stated above has been my experience.  I hope that helps.
