Most likely the most mistaken razor advertised. Wish I had a nickle every time someone claimed they were selling a E1.

A different E model. Most noticeable difference is the tabs on the spring. Those are square instead of rounded which they became. Also does not have the parallel lines on the guard bar.

Sellers usually have an E2 or E3 for sale. 

E1: Flat Head spring with tabs
E2: Round spring with flaps uneven grooves

E3: Round spring with flaps parallel grooves on safety bar.
