How many are we talking? I've taped blades in the wrapper to a piece of paper, folded it and mailed with a forever stamp no problem.

If you meant LOOSE blades sent to the car mechanic who ripped you off on that long roadtrip observe the following: wear latex gloves before handling the blades, envelope, paper and stamp.  WIPE the blades down anyway and take the envelope and paper from the middle of a fresh package lest you inadvertently touched the outer pieces.DO NOT lick the stamp or envelope. Your DNA is recoverable. Address envelope with a used pencil and discard.
Write with your weak hand in block letters. Put envelope in a also untouched ziplock bag. Drive to another neighborhood not connected with you. Find a public mailbox in a busy area. Drop envelope from ziplock into box and calmly walk away.
