The build quality looks nice and the price point is right. The head design looks similar to an Old Type Open Comb.

A search of the site did not provide any reviews, nor can I find much information about them on other forums.

mild razor, good build quality but a mild razor. I have one in my rotation and I save it for those times where I need a milder shave.

Now, don't get me wrong, it can provide an excellent shave. I usually pair a mild razor like this with some of my better blades. It is more aggressive than a tech, but milder than many modern razors. It is certainly milder than most OC razors.

The handle is super smooth. I really expected it to be hard to maintain a good grip. However, I haven't had any problems with this razor handle either.

Thanks gents. I actually like to have a few mild razors in my rotation, as I use a mild razor for my evening shave, although being a fan of the FaTip and NEW, this may be too mild (although I love my Techs loaded with Feathers).

Are you saying you get both an evening and a morning shave out of your beard? Regularly?

I have one. It is very mild but you can get a wonderful shave from it. Just have to be exact in the angle used. The build quality is great, as good as anything out there I think.

If you like very mild razors, this would be a nice one to have.

Oh yeah, YMMV

I'm glad to hear these are good razors. I've always been interested in them. I think the black/chrome is a neat looking razor. I prefer milder razors so it sounds like a good fit for me.

I have one, but it doesn't really get used. It's definitely mild. It's also rather small and light. The handle is the only part that's stainless (not the head).

I should probably get it out and try again.

I have the satin black head. It's a nice razor, but rather mild. It's very lightweight and the handle is one of the smallest I've used.

Yes, normally I shave twice per day, although during the blind blade test I am only shaving once per day.

It is not that I have a magical beard that grows like mad, It is that since returning to classic shaving, I cannot stand to feel stubble on my face.

I usually do a three pass shave in the morning and a two pass shave in the evening with a mild razor such as a Tech or the 1904 OC.
