I just received some RazoRock Firenze. It's 90 degrees here in Kansas City. Does this look damaged?

Hope not..it did mention on the website that heat could cause issues. I rolled the dice. Will give it a run tomorrow.
Would putting it in the fridge make any difference?

Not to me.

Probably not.
If it is any comfort to you, below is how my now-finished puck of Mystic Water Bergamot, Cedarwood, & Juniper looked a few weeks ago after months of being used with the Bloom Water Lather technique; the puck is dry in this photo. The surface looks a lot like the surface of your puck, does it not?

I've seen several photos on the forums of Firenze that look similar, and most people have said that it was fine. I have one jar that wasn't exposed to heat, and it is firmer, but not by a lot. I've heard that water left on the puck after lathering can also cause a problem. Its a nice soap, but just too fussy for my taste, and I only rarely have used it. It probably works better when a small amount is scooped out for bowl lathering, rather than trying to run a brush across a goopy mess.

I had some Dr. Jon's Artic Hydra in a bag in my trunk for a week in the Florida Keys in the summer while out on a boat. Came back and found the soap looked the same. I used it without any issues. Still performs great. I also had a tub of Mickey Lee's Kokamo in the same bag but it did not look any different.
I know when they ship yeast for beer brewing the companies offer an option (at an additional cost) of shipping with a cold pack in the summer to help prevent the heat from killing the yeast. If it is really hot in your location this might be an option.
