Good Shave and Good Day

Ever have one of those days where you have a great shave in the morning, and you end up having a great day?  Today was one of those days for me.  I've been having a rough few weeks, so I needed it!

Acquiring superior tools that ask only a deliberate approach and mental liberation to produce a superior shave echoes a time, not that long ago when people gave the same to tools that made the difference between life and death. I see people in their spiffy polyester outfits; eating trash,
buying trash, listening to trash, talking trash 24/7 without relief. I rub my clean shaven face, little enough left to cause any attention and know
infinite possibilities for me are still out there.

A good shave can definitely set the day up right!  Glad to hear it!  What was your magic combination today?

Hi Eric--

The magic combination was:

Wolfman DC + Gillette Super Blue
Barrister and Mann Black Label
Stirling Finest Badger Brush (second use)
(Not shaving the day before)

Oh, and the last part: the post shave:

A saltwater bath, punctuated by 8-10 foot set waves and 200 yard rides.

Dude your day had nothing to do with the shave!  Lol.  I hope you had a few good rides. Was it clean?  It's been waist to chest high here the last few days.  Very mellow summer swell.

Eric we've had head high to 2-4 feet overhead waves the last two days up here in Mailbu, and it's going to be even bigger tomorrow.  It's been pretty clean.  I nabbed a few good ones.  The same swell is hitting Mexico right now and they're running big wave comp tomorrow at Puerto, expecting 30 foot faces.  Check it out!

A great shave can be a pivot point for great things moving forward - good luck!!!

Good to hear!  A great shave and being able to enjoy the outdoors is never a bad thing.

Sweet!  It's 4-7' here in SD today.  I'll have to check out the big wave comp.  30' is getting serious!!
