I had samples of Green Irish Tweed and Cool Water.
I liked both, unfortunately GIT a lot better.
This ... did not end well, I had to buy one.
I like it a lot.
An elegant, natural freshness.
Imo less appropriate for younger folks, more suitable for greyed chaps like meSmile

I far far far prefer GIT over Cool Water.

In 2011, when I really started collecting fragrances I could not tell the difference between them.

Owning both now and having owned 3 120 ml bottles of GIT and even more of CW, I like both, but where CW is the fresh minty cheap alternative GIT is the creamy green classy alternative.

I actually started my fragrance journey when I was 15 in the mid 80’s and had a solid collection of 30-40 full bottles when I was 17, but I really began The fragrance journey in 2011.

You do know the bottle in the photo is the acqua version of Neroli Portofino ?

It’s crisper yet still has the same longevity issue of all the worlds Neroli fragrances. I got 2-3 hours from the original TF NP. Forte improved that by 1 hour max.

Acca Kappa 1869 EDT

Actually a pretty nice fragrance. Sort of a mild Dior Fahrenheit vibe over it, but definitely its own fragrance.
This fragrance makes me calm, when I wear it. Perfect early fall scent.

I once had Acca Kappa 1869 shaving cream and liked scent and performance.
Thanks for reminding me, I ought to try their edp and after shave as well.

Please notice that my Acca Kappa 1869 shaving croap from 2012 smelled like almonds. The fragrance has a completely different scent.
