Very nice, Claus! I've been toying with the idea of a 26/52 D01 3 band for a few weeks now. When you use the Shavemac configurator, the recommended loft for 26 D013b is around 60 or 62 which seems too tall if you ask me. 26x52 seems more in line with "normal" - I'd go as high as 56/58 if the D01 hair is as dense and "backbony" as it is reported to be. Please report back on this brush periodically. I'm quite interested in your impressions - thanks!

Already own 3 other D01 3-band Silvertips. One hybrid, 2 fans. Missed a true bulb. Now got it.
I enjoy all the 4 top badger hair types from Shavemac almost equally much. This D01 3-band Silvertip might actually be my favourite in front of the popular 2-band Silvertip.

I felt exactly the same Claus! Your 'style-1' is very nice.
I went a different route than you though.

Wow Claus!!! That handle has to be one of the best looking i have seen. The stripes and how they work together are perfect. There are lots of beautiful handles but this handle has the IT factor. To me this is up there with Simpsons Coral and Paladin Lapis Lazuli as one of my favorites i have seen. Great brush.
