Was given a sample pack from old town shaving... i put half in the bowl.. zero lather... added more water... zero lather... put the rest... zero lather.. added more water... zero lather...
double checked to make sure its shaving cream and it was....
no idea... spent 10 min trying... zero lather... so strange... bad batch perhaps?

Well in my case I believe they did.
I purchased I Coloniali delicate shave cream and did the same thing you did.
Brushless definitely doesn't lather!

Bayolea shaving cream is lather-less brushelss cream, so it pretty much does what it's supposed to do !
