I used my Mystic Water Lime shave stick tonight that I haven't used in 2 or 3 months. Well it was hard as a rock. It almost ruined my shave because I didn't expect it to be like that I don't think I applied enough product. Once I realized what had happen it turned out okay. Has anyone else had a Mystic Water stick get really hard on them?

I have quite a few older pucks, 4-5 years and they have hardened, but nothing similar to a triple-milled soap.
Have you contacted Michelle about this?
Good luck.
No I have not contacted her about it because I think the next time I use it if I dip it in water for a few seconds first it should work okay. I will see.

Are you referring to the stick being similar in consistency to a triple-milled soap? I can't imagine this being the case with Michelle's soaps as I have never seen any of her soaps with this consistency even after 4-5 years.

Yes, it is very hard.

If dipping it in water doesn't help, and you're unhappy with the performance, please contact me and we'll take care of it.
This is the only stick I own that has ever done this. I find it to be a nuisance.
