Nik,

When did you order the brush?  I have ordered a few brushes directly from Simpson.  They have always had awesome customer service.

The only thing I usually get is a PayPal confirmation. I suppose if you didn't use PayPal you could always look at the credit card used online and confirm the charge went through. Mark never distributes tracking numbers. Sit tight for a week to 10 days and you'll have it. I have always been quite impressed with Marks customer service. You have nothing to fear.

Yes, this is all I have received in the past as well. I can't recall any further communication. As I said earlier just give it a week to 10 days and you're brush will have arrived.
However, if you're still concerned drop Mark a quick email, he'll answer as soon as he's back in the office I'd imagine.

You have nothing to worry about.  Simson does not send out an email confirming the order or advising you that it's been shipped.  Perhaps they should consider doing that, as it has become the norm from most vendors and customers now expect it.  However, you will receive your order in 9 to 10 days.  My last Simpson brush arrived in 7 days, but for me 9 days is the norm.  Simpson customer service is excellent.

I've never gotten it in the past, a tracking number, but it would be nice, or even a confirmation that it has shipped. 9-10 days is the norm from my experience, and the same e-mail. Very consistent delivery times and I think I've done 4-5 orders from Simpson/Vulfix.

I've gotten tracking numbes when I've asked.

I didn't ask last time and it arrived safely within two weeks.

Someone had to sign for it though.

Well, I ordered one once several years ago - and as I recall it just showed up, fairly promptly.  Two weeks ago I directly ordered another, Mark indicated at the time it would take 7 to 14 days to assemble, and that he would let me know when shipped.   So we'll see ..

will post soon, it's a nice brush, just arrived.   quite a bit stiffer and denser than my Kent brush  perfect for hard soaps

I ordered on 7/11 and it arrived on 8/8.  But was made to order.

Can't see the image Nik...

I owned a PL14, but regretfully sold it.

As stated above it not a brush commonly seen, so here are my pics:

The knot was 32x56mm.
