I tried this last night, surprised it actually gave me a nice shave. Veggie based, not the best soap I've ever used, but it a was refreshing BBS shave with 1 or 2 very very tiny nicks. Anybody else try this is a shave soap?

Does it have a cooling effect? And how much is it? Thanks

It does have a tingly tea tree oil tingle, I used it with proraso pre so I can't say how much was the proraso vs the Paul Mitchell.  It was my first time using it yesterday And the cooling effect lasted through the shave and after as well. I notice it when showering too. I am paying 8.50 for a 5.3oz bar from my local salon.

After initial use I would say it is a nice stable lather, holds water nicely, cushion isn't as good as a tallow soap, slickness is nice, postshave is average. I would say its a nice summer soap that doesn't break the bank and probably  good for sensitive skin. We'll see if my opinion changes with more use
