Good day all

my new strop has successfully seen about 2 weeks of use and its a great one. razors are performing well and i have managed to avoid any nicks so far.
I chose the cordovan with natural linen and the D rings. Nice big solid rings and the leather is soft and supple compared to my others.

I have a few pics (actual strop) that the vendor sends at time of shipping. That is why they look like pro shots and not from my iphone in the living room!
Westholme strop from the UK.
Vendor was a pleasure to deal with and approx 2 weeks to shipping release.

Looks very well made. I have the same combination, different maker, and it is wonderful to use. I am sure you will enjoy yours. Congrats.

WOW!  That looks like a very light draw strop which I would love to try!  I love those thick D-rings!  Most use those dinky thin things and not the robust ones.  I assume that is a modular system to replace the leather if need be????

Once again, great looking strop!

Nice but man they are expensive!  I inquired and was rather surprised I guess.  I was maybe thinking the $140-$150 range but shooooooo, too steep for my blood!  I still like the looks and bet it performs well.

Thanks all. I have a couple of other more affordable strops. None of the 'regularly rated as premium' offerings. After 4-5 yrs of the regulars, I felt I deserved one of these. I truly feel it is worth it.
