My son got me a tub of this soap a few weeks ago and I've used it a few times.
Good stuff as far as high menthol soap, similar to Vostok in most ways.
Anyway, I used it the other morning and my brush loaded in seconds with big clumps of soft soap.
I'm guessing water from my brush from previous use soaked in and softened everything up.
I've never ran into this with any other soap and thought it was strange.
I've had the lid off of it for 5 days and it's starting to firm back up.

If it's a pattern I'll start scooping some out and palm lather it I guess...

Menthol softens soap dramatically once it reaches certain levels.  Barrister & Mann actually had some issues with batches of Arctique on account of this.

In addition to that, Chiseled Face is a soft soap to begin with (as are most 100% KOH lye soaps.)

Yup, I had the same experience. Let it dry out and if it's your daily soap(not for me) I'd leave it open all the time.
