People have been asking for a stainless steel adjustable razor for at least the past six years. I assumed that it could not be done but, it looks like I was wrong. I just saw on Instagram that Barbaros and Rocnel have formed a partnership and will soon release a very attractive looking stainless steel adjustable. I can hardly wait to see how these shave.

Looks great!

I hope it actually sees production run some day soon.

If it's anything like the TR1 from Barbaros I'll be in line early for sure.

The photograph indicates that it has eight (8) settings and the collaboration stamped on the handle as "B & R".

Hello gents, I will try to answer the questions as much as I can if you have any.

About the setting, it indicates 8 but you can twist 2 times which means 16, probably will be like a straight though.

What setting would be the Tr-1 like? Can I get the same shaves from this and the tr-1?

In my opinion, 4-5 is like TR-1, it does have a very good feeling in the face. We will try to send one for a pass around in the following days, you will probably be noticed in this thread.

Great, will look out for some reviews. I wanted to participate but I am not in the CONUS. It will be a hassle to send to me.

Congrats on the new project

I enjoyed using two adjustable DE's for 50 years, and this one looks fantastic!

Hasan had mentioned that the prototypes are very scarce but he is going to send one to me to test. He said it would be OK for me to start a pass-around for Shave Nook members. When the time comes, I will start a separate thread for sign-up.

Hot dog. I love my tr-1, it's everything I wish the asd2 was.

Nice, can't wait to see user opinions. I missed out on the TR-1, and on the fence on the Rockwell model-T. I am very interested in this new project of Hasan.

Is each head position a distinct detent or is it a friction based adjustment? Thanks.

P.S. I would like to purchase one.

There is nothing to make it stop in the number positions, you can adjust every position between the numbers.
