I bought a couple of cheap Pilots from them a few years ago. No problems and good pricing--I ordered on a Friday and they shipped it out on Monday. I would order from them again based on my experience.
I've ordered quite a bit from them, mechanical pencils, roller ball refills, things for my office that I've been unable to find anywhere else. I've alway had excellent service from them.
