Just received my photos from Peter, my new brush is on its way to me!

It's a WW1301 handle in Faux Tortoise with a Shavemac 2 Band Silvertip knot. The knot is 25 mm diameter set at a loft of 50 mm.

Congratulations @nelamvr6 !

I have a WW in that handle shape and I love it. Will be interested to hear how you like it when you get your hands on it.

One of my favorite brushes actually. Very comfortable to use and quite a bit taller than some of my other brushes. Which is a big plus for me. I went with a bulb though. Yours looks great with a fan.

When you order with a Shavemac knot, did you have to get the knot and send it to Peter when it was your turn or does he have some on hand?

I went with a TGN Finest and was admittedly nervous as they can be hit or miss. Luckily what I got was nothing less than spectacular. Excellent soft tips and striking two band appearance with very good backbone and above medium density. I felt like I rolled the dice and won there!!

The last WW I got was the Odyssey handle. Very nice as well, but the 1301 is so classy. really well proportioned. I thought about getting an Iliad the next time I get on the list. I just can't get enough tall brushes.

The 1301 just fits my hand like a glove. Every time I use it I wonder why I even own other brushes...

This is my second Wolf Whiskers brush with a Shavemac knot. If you want this combination you have to buy the knot separately from Shavemac and then send it to Peter.

I completely agree with you about Peter's brushes. They feel simply amazing when held in hand. They don't feel like plastic like a lot of brushes do. The quality is obvious when you hold one. They have move heft, even gravitas. And the workmanship is superb, the polish flawless.

It is kind of a pain having to get on a waiting list, but it's definitely worth the trouble. And Peter is absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

Did you post photos of your brush? I can't recall having seen them.
