This Friday 9/16 is National POW/MIA Recognition Day. Just thought I'd mention this to our members, as it's not exactly a National Day that's well known.
My thanks to all our veterans and active duty military & police.
"In the United States, National POW/MIA Recognition Day is observed on the third Friday in September. It honors those who were prisoners of war and those who are still missing in action ."

Steelman, thank you for this information. I appreciate your recognition of our servicemen and women. I have had many family members serve in active duty. In fact, my grandfather was a POW and ultimately a disabled vet due to his service. It is always good to remember what others sacrifice for us so that we can live as we do.
