Here is a grungy Red Tip I have been working on. When beginning my post cleanup photos my camera crashed. I will try again soon and post. But the grime on this razor was nasty. However, the point is do not be afraid of a dirty razor. Some soap, water and some elbow grease can do wonders.[Image: Jo5o3PO.jpg][Image: odydXuL.jpg][Image: g3BJ4i0.jpg]

Looks great, have you shaved with it yet? I haven't tried a red tip only a standard flare silver.

Nice!

I have said before that some of the nicest vintage razors I have were the ugliest ones I bought. Almost like the grime is a candy coating that sealed in the beauty and it's just waiting to be uncovered.

The old plated razors showing brass had the plating worn off one way or another. Either clean it every time you use it or leave it go for forty years.

Biggrin

The case though. That is impressive Stan!
Wow!

Not this one but I have use a Red Tip. On my face it is a pretty aggressive razor. But it sure feels nice in your hand. Perhaps I should try again with a very light touch.
