RR XXX and PAA Aqua D are 2 more options, have you tried either?

I completely agree about Extro, nice scent, but for me it's gone in maybe 2 hours. Have you tried the Parma Inspiration by Catie's Bubbles? I know they make a toner, and possibly a splash.

Check out Pen's Castile. One of my favorite scents, and it reminds me of AdP.

I am actually curious about these two. Have to you tried them both? I am thinking of grabbing the PAA first but it's a bit pricey if the performance would be at par with extro..

No, I haven't. I do have the soap though. I'll check that out, thanks man.

Yes have both & PAA lasts 4-5 hours on me, the RR maybe 3-4 hours tops...both feel great as an AS, but PAA did a worthy tribute as far as scent and performance IMHO

Catie's Bubbles Inspirazione di Parma is a another great option. They make it for a specific reseller, so you can only get it on that site. I was really shocked at how close the scent was to the rear AdP Colonia. The soap is sold out, but I believe the AS is still available.
Santa Maria Novella has some Colonia inspired scents, but they're not cheap.
Alvarez Gomez Agua de Colonia is also great.

In fact, I may like it a little more. Wonderful citrus scent. It's a face & body splash and makes a great aftershave. It's around $78 but it's a large 8.4 ounce bottle.

You can't go wrong with any SMN scents. They're all absolutely amazing.

Do try Original Acqua di Parma after shave balms.
They are among the very best balms I ever tried.
The scented and their unscented versions.

Thanks, I want to. I hope I can find a good deal. Btw, glorious brush you got there bro.

Thanks TomTom, Steelman and JR for the suggestions. That SMN is very intriguing, unfortunately I think they can only be purchased in the states and pricey at that.
@ Maranello
Already have a PAA on the way, thanks to a good gent here. Thanks for the recommendation!

I prefer the originals. Like Apogee suggests.
So if you feel ADP is a bit too steep in price, I would look for other wonderful classic citrus fragrances if it were me.
Here is one very old original, that has a vibe like ADP Colonia:
Alvarez Gomez agua de colonia
Also 4711, Tom Ford Neroli Portofino is the niche inspired version of 4711. 4711 costs 1/25 of what TF NP does, and in my view it's almost as good. But it's gone in 1 hour, so you need to reapply 4711 often. But hey it's darn cheap
