I suggest a simple solution: If you buy, trade or get PIF'd through the forum, you must sell, trade or PIF through the forum (or another shaving forum, however the mods decide to define it). Personally, my rule is not to resell anything I buy, swap for or get PIF'd on this (or any other shaving) forum. I might swap or PIF, but not sell.

That would be difficult if not impossible. I would advise buyers and sellers to do their due diligence before agreeing to a transaction. It is also very important to report these matters to a moderator so that we can remove the tumor and stop the problem behavior.
In part that is why the feedback system exists. It's prudent not only to monitor, but also contribute to. Forewarned is forearmed...
Our BST exists to promote traditional wet shaving, not line greedy pockets.

This - so much this that it hurts.
Abusing the inherent trust of the BST here (or on the other forums) hurts fellow shavers. Not quite gentlemanly behaviour in my not terrible humble opinion...

He's also a member of DFS forums where he tried to buy my Triad handle. He had me take loads of photos using my daughter's macro lens of the knurling (he was looking for a specific pattern).
What a pain. In the end he bailed out of the sale and I traded it with another member.
Those ebay prices though!

This is what i immensely enjoy here compared to other forums is the bst feedback section. It brings a peace of mind to transactions and ensures we stay gentlemanly or be removed from the forum. As a group, we are very good at watching out for each others best interest, but like all areas of life it comes with responsibilities to watch out for the jerks.

I don't really have the time or stomach to deal with that garbage, but if someone is so inclined, go for it! Let me know his response.

I just got off the phone with EBAY. He responded to my buyer question- where I called him out with an escalating stream of abuse which I countered. He then filed a complaint with EBAY who did not look at the full messages and gave me a warning. I told the EBAY rep the full story and argued if EBAY wants their website inegrity and rules respected they should honor those of other websites. I am awaiting a return phone call.

In fact, when a member left negative feedback, they removed it citing that the interaction didn't occur on their BST. (Mine did, but I left "neutral" feedback in hopes that it wouldn't get erased).
Post his bloody name and email. Just saw this, don't know the guy, but get it out there so people overexcited about a new hobby don't get screwed.
I commend Kav for contacting ebay, but they're gonna turn a blind eye for the sake of profit.

Not good buying with the intention of turning a profit. Just and FYI, Spring Valley is in San Diego county.
