I was looking over my brushes and noticed that most of them have soft, round lines. The exceptions are the octagonal handles from Shavemac and Thater. I decided that in order to add some variety to the collection, I would get a brush with at least some presence of vertical lines. I discussed what I wanted with Bob Quinn (Elite Razor), he sent me some pictures and this brush is what he made for me. For a handle material I chose a stripped ivory made from Alternate Casein. For a knot, I opted for Bob's premium 24mm Manchurian White.
Here is the brush just out of its mailing tube.

Here is the brush after its first shave:

And here is the Manchurian White knot:

This 24mm knot measures 25.80mm at the top of the handle, and is set to a loft of 49mm. I continue to be impressed by Bob's Manchurian White knots, which I now have in 24, 26 and 28mm. This particular 24mm version exhibits solid backbone, soft tips, and no scritch. It has sufficient density to give you backbone, but not so much density that ease of lathering or lather release are sacrificed.
This knot is labeled a bulb Now that the brush has been used a few times, it is more of a hybrid knot, instead of a classic bulb like a Thater or Shavemac. I find the shape of this knot to be similar to the Paladin Select knots, which also tend to be hybrids.

I'm pleased with the looks and performance of this brush. The handle shape stands out among my other brushes, and the knot is comparable to knots from top tier brush makers.
