I don't mind letting the fatboy go. But the aristocrat 15 I will keep if it don't sell. Been hearing that it's more aggressive than the 21.

I'm not an expert on the British Aristocrats, and it's already sold, of course, but for my own edification, isn't the Aristocrat #15 the open-comb version?  So, would this (safety-bar) razor be a #16, rather than a #15?

Thanks in advance, if anyone can confirm.

Oh OK, so an Australian #15 is different than a British #15.  Got it.  Thanks for explaining.

I too was going to jump on what looks to be a #21.  I didn't realize there was a #15 closed bar razor made for the Australian market.  Like it's not hard enough to keep all the number designations straight, now we have a closed bar #15?  Sheesh Gillette!  Anyway, that's a beauty and congrats to the winner!

That and the Mr. Razor are my 2 primary sources on Aristocrats.  But the Razor Archive post mentions nothing about the Australian model.  Going by that site alone I'd say this one for sale is a #21.

I did buy it on ebay from Australia and it weighs 74.2g and the 21 tops off at 72g. But it's sold now and the buyer has all the paperwork of proof it's a Australian 15
