Offered is a brand new never used new model DE from Rocnel (made in Turkey) with logo on bottom plate. Made from 316 marine grand stainless steel(imported from Germany) this razor which I didn't know until it was in transit is a mild shaver which is not for me. Comes as shown in original box and packing. Also included is 2 packs of blades that are sealed. Weighs 4.2 oz well balanced. The handle is 85 mm long. Not like other Rocnel razors this one is fully polished (head & handle). 
I paid $194 shipped from Spain
Selling for $145 includes shipping for the USA (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO(military) addresses.
