Anyone know of a source for a wall hung shelf system for storing/display of razors, brushes, mugs, etc.

Noob here, but already running out of space and it would be nice to have it all in one place and neatly displayed.

I am not terribly handy as a woodworker, but even plans would be a help.

Many thanks!

Jeff

Check out Bed @ Bath ....they sell many metal and other units which require a couple screws to hang...really quite simple..(try and find wall studs or use a drywall anchor screw)

There's tons of them on Etsy, if you want to go browse.

I bought a steel peg board.

I've added shelves and hooks over the years. It's great. It's in my basement bathroom and fits in well with the "this is the men's room" look I have in there.

If you want something more contemporary then you can pick whatever you like. Browse Amazon and Etsy. You can even check out second hand stores and such.

Here's the thing I have. Added a knife rack magnet strip for some soap tins and other accessories over time it didn't come with.

Jeff this might be overkill but I had this made earlier in the year and it forces me to keep a specific number of razors, brushes, soaps, etc....if it doesn't fit in it's home....it gets sold.

If you are willing to send me your craftsman's contact info, I would be quite pleased. An amazing piece!

I purchased one from Target. It is a freestanding rack, but it also had wall brackets to hang it from the wall.

This rack hold everything in one place and cost a whopping $19.

I'm in the process of building a wall mounted razor and brush display right now . It's going to be all mahagony with inlays . Not sure what the inlays will be but when it's finished I will be sure to post pics .

Here's one I just had made to hold my safety razors but like the link I included earlier, Benjamin can make to hold DE razors, soaps, brushes or a combo of DE and Straights plus a place for brushes and soaps....sorry for the poor pic....taken with my iPhone.

The shelves and toothpaste holders are nice enough, but the hardware is magnificent.

I am a cigar guy first and foremost so I do not have a big collection like some here but I keep my razors and brushes organized with the space that my wife gives me...lol. Here is what I did that could help you. I ordered a custom shelf from Wilderness Razor Works and re-purposed an older shelf I found at bed bath, that the wife did not use anymore for my set up. I picked up a small nuts and bolts organizer that I keep my razor blades in and it came out looking good. I am able to keep some of my razors and brushes handy, the rest are on my counter and I just rotate them..still I have a tad bit of OCD so this fits my current needs. I keep all the boxes in my closet and the good stuff I keep out of sight until it makes into my rotation.
