Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd share with everyone that derby city chop shop has their Winter Reserve shave tonic back in stock and will be shipping it out on Nov. 7th. Great stuff. If you've never tried it, you definitely should. My 3 bottles are ordered as we speak. Their website shows only 58 remaining.

Happy Shaving,
David

I love the stuff, especially in the winter months.  I still have one and a half bottles in stock so won't need any for a while.

I do too. I picked up my first bottle second hand from a gentleman on another forum I and wasn't sure what to expect. After the first time I used it I was hooked. It's amazing stuff....The smell, the feel, the bottle, it's just a quality product in all aspects. I'm hesitant to continue calling it a bay rum even though it's essentially a bay rum with bourbon. It's just so different. And a bonus...the first time I used it and my wife caught a whiff, her statement was "you smell like the best batch of Christmas cookies ever." Thats always a plus.

My previous bottle ran out just in time to re-order from this new batch. When it comes to aftershaves I'm a dyed in the wool bay rumbler.

This is a nice reminder that I need to get mine out from storage for this winter's use. Great stuff!

The latest batch arrived today along with a thoughtfully included dropper for doling out the tonic. This lets them continue to use a rustically charming cork stopper, though I might still prefer an orifice reducer. Of small concern since the aftershave itself is so nice.

I decided to order an extra and it arrived today.  Great stuff.

For those that might want to try this, this is where you find it.

The website doesn't disclose the size of the bottle. How many ounces are included?

I got a bottle some time ago thanks to the generosity of my good friend Johnny and it's fantastic stuff.

Just noticed their product shot is actually a cropping of one of my pics.

It's disappointing that people think it's okay to do this. Their product sounds great otherwise.

Based on this thread, I've ordered a jug. I'm now approaching 100 bottles of AS. What the heck is wrong with me?

I've tried my new jug of AS. I love this stuff. I don't really get bay rum. I get a spicy vanilla scent from Derby City. As I don't yet have a vanilla AS, I suspect this will get heavy use. Plus, there's nothing like slapping some bourbon on my face in the morning...
