I was lucky enough to win the Above the Tie razor lot in this years B&B Sue Moore Memorial Auction. The donor sent me the items in a cigar box. To be honest, I was just as excited about the box as I was the razors. I had been thinking about a presentation box and this cigar box fits the bill perfectly!!!

This was a very quick and easy project. I did not touch the box as I like the worn look of it. I also love the fact that its from Cuban cigars. While I have smoked authentic Cuban cigars, I am by no means an aficionado.

I purchased a foam insert and cut it to size. Since it was 1" thick, it was too thick. I took a Gem PTFE blade and sliced the foam to make it thinner. I then cut slits into the foam where the razor heads are. The heads slide right in place and the handles rest on the foam.

These razors used to be in my medicine cabinet. They also fit quite well there. This cigar box absolutely does not fit in my medicine cabinet and takes up a lot more room. But it sure is cooler. [Image: thumbup.gif]

As we all know.......if there are no pics then it didn't happen. [Image: lol.gif]
