Ok, I can see how people go nuts with this. I ordered this last bowl last night based on a member recommendation. I was looking for something that would look great in a modern home.

It has not even arrived and I saw this bowl and dish set at a brick and mortar store that only sells Japanese stoneware and it was only about $25.00. for the set (a lot less than the bowl above) . I think I found a great deal and am wondering if you guys think it's a good deal? Made in Japan with some kind of slightly textured, metallic glaze.  I could not pass up. There are 3 sets left and if a member wants me to go pick up a set for them, let me know and I can pickup for you and ship. Just PM me. I can give you dimensions as well from my set. When buying my set, I was excited about sharing the info on the forum.

I recently bought my first Shavemac brush, and along with it received a complimentary puck of Haslinger soap. I'm always on the lookout for variously shaped and sized pieces of glass or ceramic to house these pucks and make them useful, and meaningful for my good self.
I happened upon a set of ceramic measuring cups, and bought the set for a few dollars .. The 1/3 cup measure fit the puck perfectly, is festive to match the mood of the season, and works extremely well with the handle. I'm hoping to find uses for the other sizes also ...
