Hello everyone!  I am looking for Artisans that make Titanium Razor Handles.  I know about Jurgen Hempel and Stork.  Are there any others with current offerings with materials in stock and relatively short turn-around times?

Let me know.

Matt

Matt, the original and IMO the best:

Rafael of UFO Razor Handles (he is an artisan here at TSN).

James of Wolfman Razors  (he is a vendor here at TSN).

Unfortunately neither UFO nor Wolfman have items in stock or particularly short turnaround times. I've been looking as well. Triad was around for a time but he seems to have shut down operations for now.

Why was my post deleted? Am I not allowed to post a link for a non approved artisan?

Italian Barber is coming out with a titanium handle (T2 grade) very shortly and the expected price well under $100

All very good info.  I sent James a message, but his waitlist is very long, as is Rafael's.  I got a very nice handle from Jurgen Hempel in T1, and really like it.  It wonderfully changes the dynamic of both my go-to razors, Weber and Stahly.

I LOVE that IB is taking it on!  I buy a lot more stuff from them now that they post from the US side, and think I'd definitely buy handles from them!  I tried to buy a Stork, but he was only willing to sell what he has on hand, and I don't particularly like his stock handles.  I liked the look of the X1, but after hearing it was VERY similar to Wolfman decided to look elsewhere based on principle.

I recently acquired a Stork Pensk. It's very well done and quite pleasing to look at.

Two issues though. One, my wifemate took it and said, 'Not until Christmas." and, two, its a bit heavy for titanium, 49 gms vs 39 for a JH that I have.

After Christmas, I'll actually get to use it!

My wife confiscated two packages I recieved and wrapped them for Christmas, so I feel your pain.  Funny thing is that I'm not really sure what they are..haha!
