I can not take credit for this.  An individual on another blog introduced this idea.  I have thought about how I can keep track of how many times I have used the blade in my razor.  I have defaulted to using a note pad pictured below for several years.  I thought about using a an abacus however, good ones are rather large and the beads are loose and can move if it is jolted.  So, the dice is a great tool.  Next, I had to find one that was large enough.  I found the one pictured below and it measures approximately 2 inches (50mm).  It obviously counts up to six (six blade uses) but if you use a blade more than six times purchase two of them.

Good idea, but why not just evaluate the blade at the conclusion of the shave? I can always tell if there is another shave left, so I never bother counting whether I've gotten 3 or 9 days out of a blade. (Unless you switch between blade brands every day or something)
