What is your favorite Aqua Di Parma scent in EDT, Balm or splash? Does the splash/balm scent last long or would it be more practical to use a lightly scented splash with an EDT?

I have three ADP scents, Colonia, Colonia Club, and Mandorlo. I probably use Colonia the most, as I have a few other Colonia-scented soaps and creams. The balm and splash definitely don't last a long time, and I probably get about six hours from the EdT.

My favorite scent is Mandorlo (star anise, bergaot, orange blend, green Mediterranean almond, and ylang-ylang). I find the scent intoxicating, and I'll frequently use it when I'm using a mildly scented soap.

Colonia Club is predominantly a "modern" citrus blend with bergamot, lemon, neroli, mint, lavender, vetiver, and musk. I enjoy the scent, but don't reach for it all that often.

I really enjoy AdP products, and there are other scents I'd like to try. I find their balms to be outstanding.

Mandorlo sounds great, I love anise. Have to check that one out. Now  I'm thinking of Colonia, Blu Meditteraneo Mirto di Panarea or Mandorlo.

Definitely will get the edt over the splash and probably get the balm.

So many decisions..

Like Richard I really liked Mandorlo. It smells delicious!

My favorite, if not the original Colonia itself is their new one, Quercia. It wasn't a loud scent but I knew, this was right up my alley. It's more subdued, simple but sophisticated.

To piggy back on this, what is your favorite Acqua di Parma inspired soap and AS?

Fine Italian Citrus?  Stirling Piacenza? etc?

I'm waiting for both Stirling and Fine as we speak.

I only have CB Parma inspiration and RR XXX soaps. I'm leaning towards CB.

As for aftershaves, I'm enjoying Ginger's Garden AdP and Extro Antica Acqua Colonia.

the original Colonia, in all iterations.

I'm not a huge fan of the flankers (as compared to the original colonia); however, they are still better than most anything else out there.

Colonia. A timeless classic. Complex, and satisfying. There is nothing cheap or obvious about it at all, and it changes on the skin very beautifully. Used by both men and women. It is neither florid, powdery or brutal and you won't smell like your intoxicated, embarrassing uncle in a swaggering, boozy 70s bar after the local football match.

I own no after shave from ADP, but own these 11 ADP fragrances:
Colonia (original)
Colonia Essenza
Colonia Assoluta
Colonia Intensa
Colonia Intensa Oud
Colonia Leather
Mandorlo Di Sicilian
Arancia Di Capri
Fico Di Amalfi
Mirto Di Panarea
Bergamotto Di Calabria

I honestly enjoy them all.
My favourites are Colonia Assoluta (a stronger more potent version of the Colonia Original) and Colonia Intensa Oud and Colonia Leather.

Colonia Ambre I have owned, but resold. It was a blind buy and a disappointing blind buy.

AdP Leather is fantastic, as is Oud, but my favorite is the newest...Club.  Perfect spring/summer freshness that isn't wispy or too light.

Colonia Intensa is the most refined and masculine for me…..slight citrus with a leather dry down.
