I just purchased a razor from a member here - the gap is standard. is it possible to have someone at wolfman reduce the gap by any chance

Only one way to find out methinks. Personally I don't find the standard gap very aggressive at all. I wouldn't  personally have it reduced until you've tried it for a while, you might regret it later. Perhaps try some different blades as well. Is yours an open comb or SB?

Yes. James is able to do this, but I have no idea if he has any time hearing how busy he is. You should try contacting him.

^ Agreed, I think he can do this. I always feel the standard gap to be a tad aggressive so I'm resting mine a bit, and try again in the future just to see what happens.

I have a standard gap WM razor inbound and is scheduled to arrive next week. I also have a WM minimum gap razor which is very nice! I have high hopes for the standard gap.
