Hello.
I've asked that question on different forum but i tought that i'll ask about this brush here as well Smile

So, here it goes. I've bought that shaving brush on French ebay and spend few hours searching the internet looking for pictures of similar brush. No luck. I've sent an email to Plisson with a question is it one of theirs but really not hoping they will ever answer.

Did anyone of you guys ever saw Plisson with logo upside down like this one? Can anyone shed some light?

That brush was probably part of a set that included at least a stand which would allow the brush to hang, bristles down and logo up.  It may have also included a Joris razor.  The knot looks to be European Grey, which is the equivalent of other manufacturer's "Pure Badger".

In fact, written on the handle is PUR BLAIREAU, or “pure badger.”

True, however, Plisson putts the Pur Blaireau on all of their badger brushes and is not an indicator of hair type.  High Mountain White is the only brushes that receive an indicator with and additional decal that reads, "Haute Montagne"

Finally have it my hands. Overall impression is really good. Who knows, maybe it is Plisson. Judging from the pictures of other Plissons it looks like grey or white european badger.
