Just picked up two new EDC pens from Karas Kustoms. The tumbled aluminum is the Render K Mini- a great pocket sized EDC pen. The tumbled brass one is their EDK. I use the EDK at the desk more. Quality products designed and manufactured in the USA. Any other good EDC pens in your pockets today?

Nice pens.  Karas has been on my short list for a while.  Need to pick one up soon!

Nice pens, Jackson!

Working from home, I don't carry a pen as often but I curse the day I opened this thread - pen RAD is lurking again!  Confused

I picked up a Karas Kustoms a few years ago and really like it.

A TWSBI ECO has been my daily driver at the office for a couple of months.  Hoping to add a Karas FP in the future.

Indeed, Dave!  I won't completely hijack this thread but I'm really impressed with the quality of the Matt Martin pen and might have to shop there or at Karas some more.  So yes, my pen RAD may have re-blossomed.  Cool Confused

I actually got the brass pen - the lighting made it look like the copper version.

Pen RAD is a dangerous thing.  I have added several this year.

These beauties arrived yesterday.  Karas EDK in brass and Render K Mini in Stonewashed Brown.  The all-brass EDK's weight makes it very cool to use.  They're resting on a Karas tumbled aluminum Cube pen storage block.  Pen RAD has officially returned.   Blush

It's even better in person and the stonewashed finish instantly gives the pen a "well loved" look.

It is indeed, Ricardo.  Here's an action shot.

For those of you who have an EDK, how do you like it?  Any issues with the Schmidt clicker mechanism?

No issues at all with my EDK, Ricardo, and I use it often.

No issues here either. But at times I find the Schmidt dispenses too much ink. Not problematic but not like a routine ballpoint.

I blame Billy for this acquisition.  In posts # 12 and 15 in this thread, he posted a picture of a Karas Kustoms "Cube," which is a pen holder machined out of aluminum.  When I saw it I decided I wanted one and ordered it.  Like Billy, I chose the tumbled raw aluminum over the slightly more polished raw aluminum.  The Cube weighs almost two pounds (1lb and 14 1/2oz) and holds 9 pens.  Great accessory.  Thanks Billy!

I do what I can, Ricardo!  Tongue   Yours looks great!  I've actually thought about getting another one as I've managed to overfill mine since I posted it.  Angel
