I only own three and all three are great performers.

1. Valobra stick
2. Art Of Shaving Tallow (sandalwood)
3. Haslinger Sheepmilk & Lanolin ( schalfmilch)

To me they are on the softer side, for a puck of soap.
(Can’t speak to PdP but) my Tabac soap is quite hard; no imprint is left in area of applied firm finger pressure. Also, it seems to last similarly as long, as say, DRH and Valobra.
Although not confirmatory, the internet is replete with descriptions of Tabac as triple-milled.
Another clue: the Tabac clone, Fine, is triple-milled, per the brand’s site.

I think you are correct. Tabac is a triple milled soap. Mine is not that hard. Not soft by any means, but not hard like my DR HARRIS, Czech & Speak and Penhaligon soaps.

Is Pre de Provence triple milled also ?

Pre de Provence is described as quad milled; it is very dense.

Can’t confirm either way, but have seen the (PdP) No. 63 advertised online as quad-milled.

EDIT: Beat to it.:-)

FWIW, I don't know how many times it is milled, but the Savon des Bon Bergers/Savon des Volcans Stick is the hardest soap I've ever used.  It is also one of the best.
