I would agree on the longevity but you could argue about the performance. Tabula Rasa would and has outperformed most triple milled soaps in my den.

Are P.D.P. and Tabac considered hard milled soaps ?
To me they are on the softer side, for a puck of soap.

Claus: you have mentioned PdP being a softer soap before and I've always wondered if you and I got vastly different pucks. I have three PdP currently and all of them are as hard as say a DR Harris puck. They are certainly harder than tabac and AOS tallow in my experience. And by the way, I really like your list of hard soaps.

Well, I could easily be convinced to nuance my earlier opinion on performance but in terms of longevity I still feel hard, triple milled soaps in general outlast softer soaps.

Maybe the only occasion to that rule in my collection would be MdC, which seems to last forever.
