Hello gentlemen! I've been hanging onto these far too long, and was hoping that someone else could get some great use out of them:

This collection of shed badger hairs contains only the best brands ever offered. There are a few here from my 2009 Rooney Finest, some of the legendary gel-tipped Morris and Forndran (back from the good old days.) There are a few Simpsons 2-band SiLVERTiP hairs in there, and even some vintage Plisson High Mountain White Badger. They are mostly two-band, although there are some really nice three band hairs in there as well, and no "pure badger" hairs that will feel scratchy against your face!

Please understand that I painstakingly kept this bunch separate from my lesser-quality brushes. You won't find any cheap Chinese brands in this bunch. Only naturally shed hairs from top-grade brushes.

So whether you're looking to make a really tiny brush, or just add some bulk to one of your existing brushes, you just can't go wrong with these. Considering the rarity of the brushes that these hairs came from, I think that $45 is a very reasonable sales price, plus $5 shipping. If you throw in an extra $10, I'll include around 200 used blades for no additional shipping charge! That's less than half the normal retail price for some really great blades. (Sorry, no wrappers...)

Thanks for taking a look, and please let me know if you have any questions. And of course, make sure you check your calendar as well before sending me any messages.

Thanks!

Biggrin   The title is misleading because it says it includes some Paladin hairs, which it does not according to the description.

I believe that to comply with the BST rules, the OP will need to post what each shed hair originally cost Smile

I could build a new Simpson brush with the hairs my old ones have shed. I'd love to add Paladin hair but it refuses to leave home.

Most certainly not! I've been overwhelmed with purchase offers, but a few tempting trade offers have come in as well. I think I'll keep the listing up and see what else comes in. I expect that this wonderful item will no longer be available after around 11:59 tonight!

I'll take this if not already sold. I'm re-knotting a paint brush for my daughter.

Let me know if you want to split the lot. I'd be interested in only the Rooney Finest hairs.
