I got a Rocnel DE-P and a Charcoal Goods razor level 1 solid bar in the last few days. Also a Razorock Tech or something that is incredible to use. I was blown away by the heft and very thick chrome plating on that cheap three piece razor. It shave like a Feather AS D2 but looks awesome. I didn't use the handle it came with but there's nothing wrong with it. I'll be buying more as gifts or pifs.

The Rocnel is really similar to the Barbaros TR 1 that I have. It's highly polished. Shaves medium to mildly efficient. Very smooth. Excellent feeling efficiency. Gets all my problem areas without being harsh or causing irritation. A very good razor that it seems not too many guys have or talk about.

The Charcoal is on deck for tomorrow. Looks good. Highly anticipating using it. I had it engraved so fingers crossed that I love it.

The Crossbones handle arrived last night and dropped in the 24mm Romera Manchurian. Cant wait to see what it will look like once the knot breaks in and blooms out. Also is a Rubberset I finished restoring and dropped in a Zenith 28mm overstuffed boar knot. Think it came out pretty good.

Went to the Maggard's meet today with my son Nate and had a great time.  Met a lot of cool wet shavers and artisans, and finally had the chance to smell many great products that I can only see online otherwise.  I helped my son pick up his own shave set with a couple of aftershaves and splashes.  He selected the Maggard's V3A razor head in grey with a really nice looking blue anodized stainless handle, a Maggard's 24mm synthetic brush with a black vase handle, a box of 100 Astra Green blades, Sterling Black Cherry Soap and AS and Sterling Bay Rum Soap & AS.  Combine that with his C&E Indian Sandalwood soap in a wood bowl, Williams Mug Soap, Cremo Cooling cream, and A Bodyshop Macca Root creme and two Aqua Velva AS he already had and he is set for a long while!

I bought for myself: Feather replacement blades for the OneBlade, B&M Diamond, Henri et Victoria Cognac & Cuban Cigars, & The Sudsy Soapery Delor De Treget shave soaps.  I also picked up The Sudsy Soapery Sandalwood & Citrus Balm & one of those Ming Shi Futur knock-offs!

There was also a lot of great free giveaways from all the artisans:

It look like I will be very busy trying everything!

This soap is so good. I have this exact same package as a refill for my 1924 ceramic bowl by Boellis whenever it runs out.

Thanks.  It was not only a good time, but a great father son day.  There are a lot of nice people in the community and it is cool to meet them and get the opportunity to touch all the products you typically can only find on the internet.

Today I received a Saponificio Varesino Cosmo Special Edition Triple Milled Shaving Soap Beta 4.2 from Maggard's.  I won it in a raffle from Saturday's meet, but must have missed the announcement!

I thought they looked like Romera brushes, and then saw your post confirming it.
