Probably matte finish level 1 head which is the milder of the 3 levels. Even so that is a great price. The brass machined razor is listed at $225.

I believe that Charcoal designed it.
Charcoal makes his in house. WCS farmed out the manufacturing for the ones they're selling. Different handles and different engraving too.
That's my take on it.
I don't know if the steel or the finished products have different specifications and tolerances. If they do, I doubt they're very much different unless they loosened up the tolerances a bit to make mass production more economical.

Designed and engineered by Charcoal Goods in collaboration with WCS. The handles (4) are similar to the Charcoal handles but the head is identical. I believe they are using a level 1 head but not entirely sure. They advertise medium aggression which might be a level 2. I will know when I get my razor Friday and shave with it.
