I have mostly apple products in my house. On anything with IOS I cannot upload pictures. I have tried through, google, safari and firefox but the tool bar that lets you upload pictures into threads never appears. Is there a setting or something I need to enable / disable or a different browser that I may be able to use for full functionality.

Thanks in advance.

Trying clearing out your history and cache and then close Safari and restart, I currently am using a Macbook Air with IOS 10.11.16 with Safari 10.1 and have no issues, also what method are you using to upload pics, try using Imgur, it's the black box in the tool bar with an "i" in it.

I am not using any method to upload because the task bar that houses those options does not appear for me. I am using an iphone 6s and a ipad.. .could it be a mobile thing?

A number of users have reported issues with Safari.  You may try downloading Google Chrome, which will run on an Apple OS.

Press and hold the circular-pointing arrow at the top right corner of the iPhone screen. Then choose to load the full site from the menu that pops up.
