I was reading about lapis lazuli and stumbled upon the fact that it was used in Tutankhamun's funeral mask. It's very cool that a Tut handle is being offered in this color for this release.

Nice color - what is the origin or meaning of the name lapis lazuli?

Modern church service this morning and my all-time favorite brush (Paladin Sherlock handle in Disco) at 4:00.  Life is really really good.

Is 438.7 miles too far for hand delivery Monday?

My wife's brother lives in Minneapolis. We could send to him for delivery by hand.

Or, you're always welcome to visit us in KS.

Not sure which is the best side - front or back (really like the yellow and the blue on back is amazing)

Busy cooking dinner, so the ones I was interested in are fortunately already sold.

We need more tuts Ken!  Loved the look of each of the black, lapis, and malachite ones.  Just curious but is there a reason the lettering is not filled on the malachite handles?

This is the first time I had a chance to visit the site and vie for one.  I guess the system will let you put a brush in the cart and checkout, but ultimately you don't know if you have secured one until payment is finalized?

Maybe next time.  Thanks for a couple minutes of excitement around 2 pm pst!

The engravings on the Malachite handles are painted black.

With regard to checkout, yes, that's the way it works in consequence of a change Shopify made a couple months back. Previously, there was 5 minutes of protection for the first to carry a brush into checkout. Now it's a race to pay (meaning for PayPal to confirm payment has been processed). We've protested repeatedly, but with no success so far.

Sounds good.  Express mail to brother in law, we go to several of the local breweries and distilleries after delivery.  Sounds like win-win and would impress your wife.

That would be nice, but he's on the road and then we're all heading to Oregon for Cody's wedding. Maybe next time. Hope you love the brush. Thanks!

Congrats and best wishes to the bride and groom

My ivory chief with a 2CSLE4 knot came in today and it is really nice...  All of my Paladins are my favorite, but this knot is something special.
