In my recent acquisition from Barbiere di Figaro I added a pack of Platinum Softi blades. I had never heard of them before so I thought I'd take one for the team and try them out. Strangely, only 3 blades per pack versus the usual 5. I'll be trying them out for the next few days then will report back.

Is there any information on the box, wrapping, or blade itself regarding who manufactures the blade and/or where it is manufactured?

No, what you see printed in the picture is all that there is.

I can try to guess, but I really have no idea.

The likely candidates would be the generic Personna blades sold almost everywhere (supermarkets, etc.) here in Europe. Or some other own brand produced by Feintechnik, as the instructions are mainly in German.
The thing I find most intriguing is the 3-pack. That style of packaging is common only in South America, AFAIK.

I'm really not sure what to think of this blade. I've used it for the majority of the past week in different razors and eventhough it doesn't slice through the stubble like a Feather, it initially wasn't the smoothest either. Although one week in, I got my smoothest shave yet. Well, we'll see, I'll try this one some more then try another blade. I should probably PIF the 3rd blade to get someone else s perspective.

Interesting but only 3 blades per pack. It seems you are on the fence with them. I guess more shave testing. Thank you
